IS MIGRAINE THE SAME AS HEADACHE?

Migraine is different from ordinary headache.
Ordinary headache are very common and usually affect both sides of the head. They can come from stress, malaria, high blood pressure, or too much screen time. They usually improve quickly with paracetamol, but treating the underlying cause is always the best approach.
Migraine, on the other hand, is a brain condition.
It is linked to abnormal electrical activity in the brain, often runs in families, and the pain is usually on one side of the head. Simple things like light, smell, stress, or hunger can easily trigger an attack.
Paracetamol often doesn’t work for migraine.
Migraine pain is different from regular headache pain, and there is no permanent cure, unfortunately.
Most migraine medicines work by calming the brain chemicals . I can’t possibly name them here due to ethical concerns
Magnesium glycinate is one supplement that can help some people with migraines
Treatment is not the same for everyone.
What works for one person may not work for another, so seeing a doctor is important for proper management.
